Meet with Broker.

Sign Agency Disclosure Form.
Step 4
Sign Purchase Offer Binder. The Purchase Offer Binder records all the details of the offer.
Step 5
Take Purchase Offer Binder to Seller and get them to sign on the line.
Step 6
Get an Attorney

Step 7
Transfer a good faith deposit of 5-10% of the purchase price into the Seller Attorney’s escrow account.
Step 8
Seller’s Attorney drafts contract.
Step 9
Buyer and the Buyer’s Attorney meet with Seller and the Seller’s Attorney. Both parties sign the contract. This creates an executed contract.
Step 10
The executed contract is delivered to the Mortgage Broker. The Bank begins financing the deal.
Step 11
The Bank sends the Property Appraiser to create a detailed report of the property and its worth.
Step 12
If the Bank finds the Appraiser’s report favorable, the Bank lends the Seller the amount of money needed to close the deal.
